The Struggles of 3D TV

Despite all the hype, 3D TV still hasn't taken off like it was once expected to, having an audience too small to even be properly measured by Neilsen ratings. Says Tom Morrod, a TV technology analyst with IHS in London, "There's very little direct consumer demand. They don't see a value with it. Consumers associate value right now with screen size and very few other features."
